Long Live Old Homes

A queer woman-owned real estate brokerage that specializes in helping folks buy and sell old homes in St Paul, Minneapolis, and beyond.

With a keen eye for detail and in-depth knowledge of old homes and their workings, we are educators first and foremost. We fiercely advocate for our clients throughout the process and want folks to feel comfortable, empowered, and supported from the first meeting to closing day (& beyond).

Buy

Purchasing a home is one of life’s largest milestones, whether it’s your very first home or an upgrade to a larger space, it’s a big deal that we don’t take lightly. We know that purchasing a home can change the trajectory of a person’s financial future and we are here to guide you through it all, step-by-step.

Sell

Every home and story is unique. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to listing your home. We will discuss your goals, discuss your options, and clearly explain any pre-list projects we recommend. Our objective is to give you a roadmap that isn’t overwhelming and meets you where you’re at.

Kind words

“Mariah is smart, savvy, funny, compassionate, trustworthy and real; she knows when to encourage, comfort, and prod. Looking became a hopeful adventure, and I knew that I was building resilience enough to find something I really wanted at the right time in this crazy market. If you’re starting or about to restart after making a change, don’t hesitate to contact Mariah. Don’t doubt your instincts, your timing, your taste, or your sanity – just get the right sherpa for the mountain you’re about to climb. The view from the top is just as magnificent as you’ve imagined, so go for it. She’s got you.”      – Lee W.
