Choosing Macalester-Groveland for our first real estate office was always the plan. Broker, Mariah, resides in Macalester-Groveland and has always dreamed of opening a physical location in the neighborhood. It’s quintessential Saint Paul: beautiful historic homes, a strong sense of community, and easy access to the entire Twin Cities Metro. Whether you’re a longtime resident or just discovering this gem of a neighborhood, we’re thrilled to plant our roots right here on Snelling Avenue.
Behind-the-Scenes & What’s Next
We’re currently in the exciting (and slightly chaotic!) phase of getting our new office ready. Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of the transformation, from paint colors and furniture selection to the finishing touches that will make this space uniquely ours.
