Born and raised in Northern Minnesota, Kyle settled in Saint Paul in 2018 following stints in New York City and Chicago. After a few years in Lowertown, he now calls the cozy Hamline-Midway neighborhood home.

Prior to a full-time real estate career, Kyle spent 11 years as a K-12 theater teacher and director. His background in arts education informs his business approach, emphasizing collaboration, flexibility, upfront communication, and fun.

Kyle’s clients appreciate his meticulous attention to detail and unwaveringly positive attitude – alongside the occasional theatrical flair. He is also a five-time marathoner, a devoted dog dad, and was once summoned to jury duty on the same day as SNL’s Rachel Dratch.
